How can I return a product?
Unfortunately we don’t accept returns.
Can I get an exchange for a product I bought?
Since we don’t accept returns we are also not able to give any exchanges/restitutions.

No, unfortunately not.
What are the payment options?
You are able to pay with iDeal and PayPal (for now).
When can I expect my order?
On an average it takes up to 3 working days until your order arrives. As soon as your order is received by the shipping company you will receive a track and trace code.
Can I also pick up my order?
Unfortunately not, we don’t have a physical shop and therefore we are only able to send our products via a shipping company.
What if the product I want is sold out?
As long as we have stock we will make sure to let you know on our website. However when something is sold out, it’s sold out! We will do our best to re-stock as soon as possible.

Do you also ship outside of the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship to all EU countries. Since we are a small start-up company, we are taking it slow. We hope to grow and eventually be able to deliver all over the world!
Candles
What type of wax is used in your candles?
We primarily use a blend of canola/rapeseed wax, complemented with beeswax and palm wax. This combination enhances the candle’s burn quality and extends its burn time. All our ingredients are 100% sourced from sustainable origins, certified, and environmentally friendly.
What is the best way to burn my candle?
For our candle jars, the first time you burn your candle, burn it until the entire surface is liquid and this will help the candle burn down smoothly. If you burn your candle for approximately 4 hours and then trim your wick (remove the black top), that will keep your candle burning perfectly.
My candle in a jar keeps extinguishing, what should I do?
Our candles use natural wooden wicks. If the wick is too long, it can’t draw the wax efficiently, causing the candle to extinguish. Easily resolve this by trimming the wick (always remove the black top after use).
Why is my candle changing color?
The candle in a jar might change color a bit due to the wooden wick. However, not properly trimming the wick can make it darker. Always remove the blackened part after burning.
The wick crackles, is this normal?
Absolutely! The crackling sound is an effect from the wooden wicks, to imitate the sound of a cozy fireplace.
What is the best way to extinguish a candle?
For both our candles, gently blowing or using a snuffer is best. For our candle jars, never smother the flame by closing the lid; this creates more smoke and traps the smoke inside.
Are your candles 100% handmade?
Yes, our candles are entirely handmade, including the candle containers (100% jesmonite).
